Communication as verbal and nonverbal

By Katherine W

Communication verbally happens on almost a daily basis and through medias including; television, radio, and interpersonal communication. Verbal communication tends to be a voiced opinion, or conversation between two or more parties. Verbal communication is very important when trying to solve problem or express your feelings.

Communication non verbally is more subtle than verbal communication and can often mean more. There is a saying “actions speak louder than words”, this in non verbal communication. Many of us do this through emotion, facial expressions, body language, and hand gestures. It also takes someone to be more intuitive to one another and they’re behavior to help decide if verbal communication is necessary or wanted.
